Really terrible craftsmanship, customer service, and shipping promises that weren't met. I ordered a pair of $140 boots -- but the rest of my order totaled almost $300. The boots came and the bonding was so cheaply crafted that the siding of the boots started coming off after 3 weeks of having them and only wearing them twice. I reached out and they said that it wasn't a manufacturing error -- how is this possible?

Moreover, my order said "guaranteed 2-day shipping." I was traveling at the time and the order took a week. I had to pay extra to extend my stay so I would receive my package.
